SCHULTZ AUTOGENIC TRAINING, THIS TECHNIQUE IS PROPOSED TO YOU BY LOUISE HADDAD
SCHULTZ AUTOGENIC TRAINING

  • We owe this technique of self-induction of relaxation and “centration” to the German psychiatrist Johannes Heinrich Schultz the effects of which allow a significant reduction in the consequences of stress, anxieties and tensions of all kinds, without any loss of awareness of the present.

PSYCHANALYTIC RELAXATION OF SAPIR, THIS TECHNIQUE IS OFFERED TO YOU BY LOUISE HADDAD
SAPIR PSYCHANALYTIC RELAXATION

  • With the psychoanalytic relaxation of SAPIR, word and touch aim to make the person relive bodily states of the past, to provoke a regression. This reproduction of past states and sensations is accompanied by the revival of desires from the past. The latter have often been dissatisfied and lead to a feeling of lack, which can be filled by the relaxation situation and the words of the therapist.

JACOBSON’S PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION, THIS TECHNIQUE IS PROPOSED TO YOU BY LOUISE HADDAD
JACOBSON’S PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION
  • Jacobson relaxation consists of a series of muscle contractions and then relaxations. It is particularly interesting for very stressed people, those who are constantly tense, who can no longer let go and relax.
As with everything, it takes learning to get the most out of it. Repeated several times a day for a few weeks it will bring real relief on a daily basis.
